Paul Davis of Louisville was founded by Bill in 1980. His dedication to the company is unwavering, as he still gets involved at every level. Bill is a graduate of Valley High School and continued his education at Western Kentucky University. In his free time, Bill enjoys being with his wife Frankie and their grandchildren. Close

Charlie Horn President

Charlie started a full-time career with Paul Davis in 2002, but has worked in the business virtually his entire life in many different roles. Before joining the Paul Davis team, he graduated from Male High School and Spalding University with a degree in business administration. When not spending time with his wife Angela and their 3 children, Charlie enjoys golf and playing drums with the team at Southeast Christian in Louisville. Close

Trish is going into her 19th year with Paul Davis and has been in the industry for 29 years. After raising four sons she found herself starting a new career helping families and businesses rebuild after suffering structural losses. Now with her husband Mark and her six grandchildren, she enjoys traveling, working with florals and attending many baseball, basketball and cross country events. Although she was born in Paducah, Kentucky, she calls Louisville home and looks forward to several more years in this industry. Close

Dave’s career with Paul Davis began more than 20 years ago. He left the company to establish his own construction and remodeling business, then returned to Paul Davis in early 2017. Dave brings over 40 years of experience in the construction field to his role as project manager. His primary responsibility involves coordinating subcontractors, keeping projects moving forward in a timely manner and on budget. Dave was born and raised in rural central Kentucky, and moved to Louisville after high school. Dave is a proud dad to two grown daughters, and his favorite new role in life is grandpa. He enjoys spending time with his wife of more than 36 years, reading sci-fi novels, watching Alaskan survivalist shows, golfing, and travel. Close

Fariba Muhlheizler Contents Manager

Fariba began her career with Paul Davis of Louisville in March of 2017. In April, she was moved from Content Estimating to Contents Manager. She currently manages ten employees including one supervisor. Fariba along with her husband of 33 years have owned Park Printing since 1988 and Westwind Properties LLC since 2012. Fariba has two daughters, both living and working in Louisville – no grandchildren yet! When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her family, and enjoys walking her farm with their three German Shepherds and gardening. Close

Samantha Judd General Manager

Samantha began her career at Paul Davis in 2012 in the Contents Division. She is now working as a Project Administrator in the Structure Division to coordinate the start to finish process of structure projects. She attended Indiana University Southeast and previously graduated from Presentation Academy in Louisville. When she’s not ensuring the safety and security of your personal belongings, she loves reading books with her little girl, and the two of them enjoy long visits to the park and trying out new and difference recipes together. We started off 2023 with adding her to being our General Manager! Much deserved!! Close

Mark started his career with the restoration industry in 2010. Additionally, Mark served in various Engineering roles with Yum! Brands, Inc., including Senior Voice Engineer, Senior Hosting Engineer, Network Administrator, and Senior Project Engineer. Mark also served for 4 years in the Coast Guard as Petty Officer, 3rd Class. Mark is married with two boys, two grandsons and stays busy with DeSales sporting events and volunteering at St. Bernard Catholic Church. Close

Trae came to Paul Davis is 2018 and has proven to be a vital part of the operations at Paul Davis. Trae has a long history of construction knowledge and has held many leading rolls in the industry. Paul Davis had the opportunity to work with Trae on a large apartment reconstruction where he was the head of maintenance. After the project was complete, he chose to join the Paul Davis team! Trae enjoys working out, spending time with his wife and family and boating in the summer. Close
